A New Build with Anne Turner Carroll

Loved this cottage I came across while doing my weekly real estate haunt. It's a 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bath with an open living area, separate dining room, and a play room upstairs. I could easily see myself spending hours out on that screened in porch. It was built by Twin Construction and the interiors were designed by Anne Turner Carroll. I suppose that could be why I find it move in ready. Ha. Oh, and it's priced at $569,900 if you happen to be interested. It is a beauty.

Ooooh, that one is beautiful. I am typically drawn to older homes, but I could see myself in this one. They've added just the right amount of charm and character to it. Love that kitchen too!

Oh, I do love this one! The kitchen and bathroom are really beautiful and could see myself spending hours in there. The screened porch is really great too, I'm sure it's a must in the South. You are certainly finding some good options! Enjoy your weekend!
