A Lake House {local home}

If I were a house I would be this one. This one I would say would surely be a perfect fit. The charm is undeniable. She's well loved and slightly worn and wild. I do wish they showed the interiors, but alas they did not. Although I must say I have always said I would buy a home for the garden. This would be a perfect example. Interiors can be quickly changed and made up, but a good garden takes years to look this radiant. This home is on a lake and the Mr. said if I came up with the money then I could buy it. Anyone want to hire me or donate a happy chunk of change?!?!? Ha.

The home is a 3/2 in Blount County. The garden somewhat reminds me of a tiny version of the movie It's Complicated which is a favorite of mine.

As always I am more than happy to get you in touch with the listing agent if you so happen to be looking for a lake house. Although this one I would rather just not share, I am still in search of that extra money.

I absolutely agree...buying a house for the garden. It takes years to get a garden looking like this. This is just darling.
