A Boys Room {mine to be exact}

KJ's room is about finished. I only need to conquer a few organizational items and then I will call it a day. It was a simple plan, but one that I think will last many years. The only changes that will need to be made as he gets older is the art, for now it represents his 5 year old self perfectly and that makes me quite happy. To be honest I am tired of being in a constant state of change. I am SO ready to be in a place where I can just be and I am almost there!
On my to-do list so I can finally give it rest:
finish painting the house
Do Ellie's room which I am so excited about!
A small kids art table in the dining area
Hang the art that has been sitting on my floor for the last 6 mths.
Laundry room overhaul (I need more organization)
back yard transformation (crossing my fingers on this one, any locals know resonable landscapers????)
Some Sources found in this previous post. Let me know if want to know anything else!

Love it...especially all the little details and the way the gallery wall turned out! Looks like such a great place for KJ to be creative and use his imagination!
I LOVE it!!! The gallery wall and the sconces are fabulous. Great job my friend...
Looks great! Love the art wall over his bed! I am with you on the laundry room overhaul and hanging artwork to get it off of my floor! Maybe I can work on that this weekend. Hope KJ enjoys his new room.
where did you get the hanging wire baskets for his books? i have been looking for something similiar. LOVE the room!
DARLING!!!! Love the art above the bed and the two lamps, crazy about "I am a child of God" on the bulletin board! Could you tell me where you found the metal wall bracket with baskets hanging full of books? Thank you so very much! Amanda
I love the wall gallery above the bed.....I now know what I want to do in my daughters room! So cute!! Love, love, love!!

I bought them a few years ago and currently don't see the larger basket, but they may have it in store. It's a separate rod and basket actually meant for kitchen storage :)
Your son's room is adorable. His bed is beautiful and the letter hooks are the best. His room makes me smile.
love it! the collage is great!!
So great...just love this space for your little man. Where did you get the desk? It's the perfect size for a child's room!

its perfect!
Love it! Love that it can grow with him. Love the legos--looks like my boy's room. :-)
I would still love to know the source for his cool desk? Thanks!
Paula,
I love KJ's room...so many little treasures that make it so special and just "his"...the gallery wall above his bed, the K J hooks for his backpack, his desk, his legos, darling photo with his sister, the lighting and that bed...I would love two of those for our attic guest space...Love it all. I'm about to post Patrick's room...but am never home at the time of day when the light is best.

Love it!!!
please could you maybe let us know where the bed and the desk are from? THank you.
Selina
Update... The bed was a consignment store find that I painted Benjamin Moore hale navy. The desk is from west elm about 5 years ago. They no longer carry it, but I have seen similar float around overstock over the years.
It is darling! xo
Looks so good. Love everything about it Paula!
