A Stunning Bag {the cooper}

I know I have mentioned Ceri Hoover before. She makes some of the most gorgeous pillows and now that Christmas is right around the corner she has a few stockings too. Well, it seems she is launching a new shop and this incredible bag, the Cooper, will make its debute. Isn't it stunning?!?!?

Rugged Charm {a local home}

It has been awhile since I have shared a local beauty from my real estate stalkings. This is one I would have bought immediately if it were in our price range. I adore every little detail. The kitchen and what I assume to be the master bath send me into a tail spin of happy thoughts. Could you not imagine sitting out on the porch swing sipping a hot cup of cocoa for hours on end? This home is most inspiring.

The home is selling for $625,000. If you want more info don't hesitate to email me and I will send you the listing.

Our Christmas Cards {minted}

We are one of those families that take sending out Christmas cards quite seriously. Ha. I like to have them ready to send out right after Thanksgiving. We are also one of those families that like to celebrate one holiday at a time, but that's besides the point. Although we would love to buy gifts for everyone we love, that is just not realistic so the next best thing is to send them a card just so they know we are thinking of them. Last year we went with two different designs from Minted. It was that hard to choose. This year we went with one simply because of the new backer option. It pretty much rocks. We were also sure we wanted that image of the kiddos front and center. It may be my favorite of them yet. Thanks again Minted for making our cards look so fab!

NEW {hair, hobbies + oddities}

Have you ever tried taking a pic of yourself in a mirror? It is WAY harder than I expected. Joslyn always makes it look so easy. That girl has talent. I am sure you can tell, but I got my hair chopped off. The night before Ellie was telling me how I HAD to go shorter. Why? Well, because it was quite ugly apparently. This Friday I am getting color in it too for the first time. I must be having a wild hair as of late. Ha. More importantly though is that I have a new hobby, knitting. I can not get enough. This cowl neck scarf was my first project. It has mistakes, but I am okay with that. I have a few more projects in the works and will share them soon. Lastly, my feet are growing. What's up with that?!?! Have you heard of such a thing for a 30 something year old. ALL my shoes hurt except the beauties I got from anthropologie. It's a sad day for my feet.

Gardening {my yard}

I just realized I never got around to sharing my garden this year. I took the images a few months ago, but my roses are still going strong today. My limelight hydrangeas did just awful this year. They had gorgeous blooms but the leaves were so thin. Not sure what to do, any ideas? I added climbing roses to the back of the house. They have tripled in size already. I know the string of lights look, well not good, but when they are on at night they do look pretty.
